Terms and Conditions for the Digital Skills Club Membership

Welcome to the Digital Skills Club! By subscribing to our membership, you agree to the following Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully before enrolling.


1. Membership Overview

1.1. The Digital Skills Club is a monthly or yearly subscription-based program designed to provide educational and creative workshops for children aged 8-15.
1.2. The membership is purchased and managed by parents or guardians, who are responsible for the subscription and ensuring compliance with these terms.


2. Membership Fees and Payments

2.1. Membership fees are as follows:

  • £35 per month
  • £350 per year (save 16%)

2.2. All payments are processed via our secure payment gateway. By subscribing, you authorize recurring payments based on your selected plan.
2.3. Annual memberships are billed upfront, while monthly memberships are billed on a rolling basis.
2.4. Membership fees are non-refundable, except as stated in Section 6 (Cancellations and Refunds).


3. Member Access and Usage

3.1. Membership grants access to monthly workshops, group projects, and member challenges as outlined on our website.
3.2. Parents are responsible for providing their child with access to the necessary devices and internet connection to participate in online activities.
3.3. The membership is for personal use only and may not be shared, transferred, or resold.


4. Parent and Child Responsibilities

4.1. Parents are responsible for supervising their child’s participation in the club and ensuring that they adhere to our community guidelines.
4.2. Children and parents must treat instructors, other members, and participants with respect. Bullying, inappropriate behavior, or violation of our guidelines may result in suspension or termination of membership without a refund.


5. Privacy and Data Protection

5.1. We collect and process personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
5.2. By subscribing, you consent to the collection and use of your and your child’s data for the purposes of delivering membership services.
5.3. Images or content created by your child as part of the program may be featured on our platforms with your explicit consent.


6. Cancellations and Refunds

6.1. You may cancel your membership at any time via your account settings or by contacting us.
6.2. For monthly memberships, cancellations will take effect at the end of the current billing cycle. No partial refunds are available.
6.3. For annual memberships, cancellations can be made at any time, but refunds will only be provided within 14 days of purchase, provided no workshops or events have been attended.


7. Changes to the Membership and Terms

7.1. We reserve the right to modify or update the membership structure, pricing, or content at any time. In such cases, members will be notified in advance.
7.2. Continued use of the membership after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.


8. Limitation of Liability

8.1. The Digital Skills Club is not liable for any technical issues, interruptions, or delays caused by third-party platforms or service providers.
8.2. Parents agree to release and hold harmless the Digital Skills Club from any claims, damages, or liabilities arising from their child’s participation.


9. Governing Law

9.1. These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of United Kingdom, and any disputes will be resolved in the courts of United Kingdom.
